In 2024 the Sprout team had the privilege of supporting the CANSA Relay for Life — an inspiring event dedicated to raising funds and awareness for cancer support and research. Each year, the organization hosts a special evening to honour cancer survivors and their caregivers with a heartfelt dinner and community celebration.
As a small gesture of love and hope, our team created 100 sunflower grow pots for each survivor to take home — a living symbol of strength, growth, and resilience.
We are truly honoured to have been part of such a meaningful initiative and extend our deepest gratitude to the dedicated committee members of CANSA Relay for Life for the incredible work they do every year.
At Sprout, we believe that even the smallest acts of kindness can grow into something beautiful.

A Sprout fundraising campaign to help raise funds and awareness forDKMS (formerly known as the Sunflower Fund)
The Sunflower Day Initiative was focused on schools joining in, and for kids to grow their own
sunflowers at home or at school, this gave them the opportunity to actively get involved with raising
funds and being aware of an amazing cause regarding other children who suffer from illnesses.
By being a part of this campaign the kids were able to nurture and care for their own Sunflowers.
We thank DKMS for the opportunity and to all the supporting schools for their efforts and
contributions, we at Sprout – Helping Kids Grow are truly grateful.
